Uptime group and JMMJ joined forces

Software developer Uptime expanded to Poland and invested in Polish software house JMMJ gaining major share.

JMMJ Software is established in 2008 and has a team with strong software development background, mostly focused on .NET and front-end development. JMMJ has two offices, one in the capital city Warsaw and the other in important regional and educational centre Lublin.

“The main focus of our group has been so far towards Scandinavia, but with this step we establish ourselves also in Central Europe,“ explains the deal Uptime CEO Eero Tohver. “Poland is a very interesting market for us – large and developing market with many local and international clients, and even more importantly there are many experienced and educated IT specialists in Poland.“

Uptime group has been growing its footprint in Europe for many years, established in Estonia on 1992 it opened up business in Norway on 2015, in Switzerland 2016 and in Denmark 2018. The strategy has always been joining forces with local companies, who have the right team, client portfolio and competences.

Uptime communicated with many partners in the Polish market, but JMMJ with their history and offices in Warsaw and Lublin left a very good impression. Their customer portfolio was also impressive. JMMJ team, with their skills and perseverance, also created a very good sense of cooperation in the future.

JMMJ client base consists of many automotive clients and they have a good experience in blockchain solutions. This significantly expands Uptime group´s technology skills and platforms.
