If you see that you could become a software developer – create new applications, develop automations or improve existing systems – then you need to acquire the necessary programming skills.

Some people acquire these skills by trying to solve real problems and largely by trial and error, others like to focus on the theoretical foundations first and only then get their hands dirty. Uptime’s CEO: how to measure the success of a company?

“You can call a company successful if has grown larger than its founders,” said Uptime’s CEO Eero Tohver in last week’s episode of the Creditcast podcast.

As such, it’s crucial to pick the right developer or development partner when working on the front-end and to make sure that the person or company selected understands the ins-and-outs of a good front-end, knows the best practices, is experienced in building secure and resilient solutions, and knows what to look out for to ensure that the end-user has a seamless experience when using the final product.
