Who we are

Uptime is a European management-owned IT company founded in 1992. We focus on solving business needs using our profound expertise in Software Development, SharePoint Solutions and ICT Maintenance Services. We help our customers become more flexible and efficient reacting to the fast changing market requirements by offering full-scope of IT services and utilizing almost unlimited range of solutions that the IT technology can offer. Uptime today employs over 100 top specialists with high cross-industry competence, our offices are in Estonia, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland.

What we do

We have created subscription management systems for several publishing houses, document management and collaboration solutions for government divisions and hospitals, offer full IT management for noted international companies, and much more.

Short facts of 25 years of experience

Uptime´s history dates back to 1992, when on 16th of February the company's predecessor Capricorn was founded. We started developing software and selling hardware.
In 1997, three small IT companies merged and continued operating under the name of System Development Partners. During the Millennium, we had 17 employees - half of them were involved with software development, the other half with IT maintenance services. Since 2003, after changing our name to be understood internationally, we are known as Uptime.
In 2013, we were invited to Houston to accept Microsoft Country Partner of the Year award, which we earned mainly for our development projects on MS SharePoint and
.NET platform. We have been Microsoft Gold Partners for over 10 years.
We are aiming at constant development and growth of our company. In 2015 and 2016, we were acknowledged as the Gazelle company.
In December 2015, Uptime merged with Comperio, a Norwegian-Swedish leader in search technology.
In February 2016, we merged with Swiss IT firm educo and formed a joint company Uptime Systems GmbH.
Uptime started with focus solely on the local market, but over the years we have grown our international scope. We are aimed at servicing the European companies. Our biggest markets are Estonia, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland, where we also have local offices. Today, our team has over 100 cross-industry specialists. Owners of the company are also the executive managers.

    We have been a Microsoft Certified Partner since 1999 and from 2006 have had the status of Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in the field of Collaboration and Content solutions. Our specialists have various Microsoft certificates and are constantly improving their knowledge.

    We have been Oracle’s partners since 1998. We know their products through and through. As guest lecturers, we have collaborated with the local branch and trained quite a considerable number of Oracle specialists in Estonia.

    We have been a trusted business partner of the biggest IT vendor IBM since 1998.

  • ISO 9001:2008

    Our quality control and management system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

    Goal of this organization is to create cooperation and communication possibilities among Microsoft Certified Partners.

    We were nominated as 2013 Microsoft Partner of the Year Winner in Estonia. The Country Partner of the Year Award honors companies that have demonstrated business excellence in delivering solutions based on the Microsoft platform.

    Uptime has been named as Gazelle Company 2 years in a row - in 2015 and 2016. Gazelle is a title that is granted to enterprises that have shown remarkable growth in revenue and profit and for being an outstanding employer. Less than 1% of companies earn this title.

  • Highest Creditworthiness 2015

    Bisnode acknowledged Uptime OÜ´s credit worthiness being on the highest level of AAA credit rating system. The credit rating is calculated taking into account the state of the company, its background, financial performance and payment habits.
